Sales & Preorder Terms
Lab Computer 00 is still being prepared for sale. These are the subjects the final sales and preorder terms will cover before Lab US accepts any money.

Orders, deposits, and payment
The final terms will state when an order becomes binding, how any preorder deposit works, when the remaining balance is due, which payment methods are accepted, and how taxes are calculated.

Changes and cancellations
Before preorders open, Lab US will publish clear rules for customer cancellations, Lab US cancellations, configuration changes, deposit refunds, and what happens if the production schedule materially changes.

Shipping and delivery
The final terms will describe eligible destinations, shipping charges, estimated timing, address changes, delivery risk, damaged shipments, and any international duties or restrictions. They will also explain the customer’s choice between accepting a delay or receiving a refund if Lab US cannot meet a promised shipping date.
Lab US products are planned to be assembled, tested, and shipped from California’s Mojave Desert in the United States.

Specifications, included items, component availability, software, and schedule may change before orders open. Any material change affecting an active preorder will be communicated under the final preorder terms.
